Snack - Chee Cheong Fun (steamed rice flour rolls with minced meat gravy and sliced mushrooms; this was nicely warmed up) - Banana muffin - Light soy sauce and chilli suace for flavouring (Menu Card)

Water (Free flow of water, coffee and tea outside of this snack box followed)

Valuair is SIngapore's first low cost carrier; the inflight meals are a selling point actually. Heard that they served merely sausage rolls on other flights though.
