VASCO Vietnam Air Services Company is a regional carrier that uses a fleet of ATR 72-500s flying to regional cities. Their flights are short and on these shuttles between Ho Chi Minh City/Can Tho and Con Dao, an Island off the shore of Vietnam, they offer a choice of regular coke and water as beverage service. I appreciate that the drinks were all chilled. There is also a packaged refreshing tissue service.
