For appetizer, I have a corn salad with Italian dressing which is quite nice though I don't quite like the corn. The main meal is one good one. The rice is steamed to perfection while as the beef is stewed thoroughly that it is tender and can melt in your mouth served with a garden of vegetables. The grand finale of this wonderful meal is an apple engages with white wine mousse. I am quite impress that this meal is delightful and delicious for a short haul flight.
