Vietnam Airlines offers hot meals in business class between 5am and 8am, 11am and 1pm, and 5:30pm and 8pm. My flight, which departed at 8pm, got a dinner service. The meal was nice and I like the Taiwanese style chicken entree (three cup chicken for those who know Taiwanese cuisine).
