The Kabocha Coconut Curry dish was pretty bland and tasteless. Kabocha is basically Japanese version of Pumpkin. I don't understand why Virgin America has a second entree choice being vegetarian now, especially vegetarian passengers can always order vegetarian dish. For some reason, the F/A took meal order from aft to front, being in 1A means getting the last choice.
