Dallas to/from East Coast is a premium market and there should be a warmed mixed nut service prior to meal, but our first class F/A seemed to find serving two passengers was too much to handle. Her sole task was to finish the meal and did the minimal so she could chat in the aft galley. Tray was used, which was unusual, except during breakfast and redeye service. Starter was served together with entree. Dessert was almost forgotten! Anyway, the meal was good though. The short rib and opera cake was delicious. Coffee Ancho Braised Short Rib Braised beef short rib with Yukon mashed potatoes, roasted Brussels sprouts, baby carrots, with red jalapeno gremolata and coffee ancho chili sauce
