Virgin America has downgraded the first class service on the Dallas to East Coast flights to more typical mid-continental flights. All the special touches like smoothies in the morning and warmed mixed nuts were eliminated. The lunch choice was a Korean Dak Dori Tang Chicken Sweet and spicy Korean chicken thigh braised in soy sauce, gochujang, honey, garlic and ginger or Quinoa Vegetable Bowl. I had the chicken dish which was fine.
