Beef casserole with mashed potatoes, green beans and carrots. Salad, roll with butter and banana/chocolate pudding for dessert. Pre-meal drink of red wine and Diet Pepsi came with a packet of mini pretzels.

Not too bad, but they should give you more. I think there were only 4 chunks of beef in my plate. The roll was pretty poor, but what would you expect from bread individually packaged in cellophane? The flight crew provided excellent service, regardless.
