Lunch - green salad with chicken and fresh mozzarella Salmon and hake with a lemon sauce. seafood paella and asparagus Chocolate bread and butter pudding with champagne clotted cream Midflight snack-Ben and Jerry's ice cream

white wine, coffee with dessert, Jack Daniels and coke later on

Salmon was a little dry, as airline fish can be, paella was a little salty, but the lemon sauce was delicious. The pudding doesn't look like much but was very good
