Coffee in the Lounge, followed by Mango Yoghurt, Croissant with butter and jam, then sweet potato stack with bacon, sausages, tomato salsa and rocket garnish

Very tasty breakfast expertly served and 'speech perfect' - felt like the spiel was so well rehearsed it just rolled off the tongue too easily to feel sincere. However I was addressed by name in all interactions
