Dinner , Special meal: KSML
Persian lamb with cous cous, pistachio nuts and pomegranate seeds, followed by a small caramel ckae and a warm bread roll.
Rose wine from Clare Valley
Meal was delicious and expertly served, although the pomegranate seeds didn't add much to the dish. The caramel cake was lovely - soft sponge with salted caramel filling - sorry I didn't photograph it - we had turbulence and I had to rush the food in the end which was a shame.
