Vistara is a disruptor in the buy your own food no frills market that has emerged in India lately, vs the other two "full service" airlines, viz - Jet Airways and Air India. This is tasty hot food by any definition on an afternoon flight (4pm to 6pm) and well worth the price of the ticket - which is almost the same as that of the no-frills airlines.
