This is what WestJet served in its premium economy cabin on a two and a half hour flight. We got a pack of pretzels, a cookie and a drink of our choice served in a glass. While the snack was basic, the glass was a nice touch. The flight attendant offered additional light snacks for those who wanted more during the flight.
